The rose garden skirt

This was the first summer since 1999 I have spent entirely in Lithuania . All the previous summers were spent in Sweden. 
It was less seaside, but more hot weather here. More time in the city and at home-no need to walk to work, cause I work at home.
And also there was less bicycling. Which means more skirts! My old bike is equipped with a skirt protector (is it what it's called?), but I still feel paranoid about a long skirt getting entangled in the wheel and me doing a faceplant after a minute long flight...
