You Being Able To Drink Coffee Or Cappuccino Whenever I Want

When my aunt arrived at my door with a big box in her hand wrapped in gold shiny paper, I had no clue what to expect. I love her to bits, although she was one of those Aunts who bought you Barbie dolls when you were 14 years old. She handed it over and eager to see what was inside, I ripped away at the paper. I love coffee, so I guess she got my present spot on. I was assuming she would have bought me a teddy or a knitted jumper that I was highly unlikely to wear. But I thanked her and set it up straight away – an easy task to do by the way, for those who aren’t very tech savvy.

Why I like the Delonghi EC 152:
The Delonghi EC 152 or the Delonghi as we call it in our household – stood out very well from the other kitchen appliances. It has a 15 bar pump pressure, which without a doubt gives great results therefore making it even easier to use. You are able to make black coffee, espressos, cappuccinos, lattes and cafés. I prefer espressos and think that this ideally is probably more specified to doing so. I like this product because I think it looks quite modern and fits in very well with our black and red kitchen.

I obviously recommend this to anybody reading this review and I think that for the price, which is in the region of £55.00, it is of a good value for money. I will admit to probably overusing and abusing this machine in the mornings, there is nothing like a good old coffee first thing in the morning to keep you going for a few hours. This can be bought at Currys, Comet, John Lewis or Argos, along with many other stores – however the price varies for each of them, so to get the best deal, it is probably better to do a price comparison on the internet beforehand if you’re considering buying this product.

This brand of coffee machines, generally leave the buyer satisfied with their product. The only difficulty that I have come across whilst using the coffee machine definitely has to be the milk frother that is the only slight down fall of the product. There isn’t enough space to fit your mug there, so alternatively you have to use another cup for that, which can be laborious sometimes when you’re finding yourself with limited time in the morning – as I do almost every morning! Although the espresso is really light, so you can move it slightly to the edge and use it that way, however that can sometimes be difficult too.

But, if you are using the coffee machine for black coffee then you will not need to use the milk frother and it will not be a problem. It uses quite a lot of coffee to make a full average size, I think it is about two scoops, which in comparison to some other coffee machines, that is quite a lot. You need to put one scoop in at only one time, so this can also be quite laborious when you’re making coffee for a group of people. The product is built to accommodate two espresso cups or alternatively one cappuccino cup.

Conclusion:
Overall, I do like this product and ideally is it a useful kitchen appliance to have, however saying that, I probably wouldn’t have gone out and bought this product myself. Thanks to my aunt though, I have the privilege of being able to drink coffee or cappuccinos whenever I fancy. Despite the few minor faults (which I won’t tell my aunt about!) I do like this product and feel that it is very good value for money.
