Here is the summary table of the deep conditioning list. As with all previous lists, remember that hair typing is relative (4c refer to 4a and 4b). Also where a time span does not say heat, this means that the user did not use heat (i.e if they used heat, it says so).
For this particular list, where there are multiple recommendations this will be noted with a number next to the product (see for example Organic Root Stimulator)
Finally although it does go without saying, I will say, this is just a list. I do not recommend any of the products or methods. As always feel free to continue to contribute to this list and if you have negative experiences, these are welcome too!
