Xbox Live Down? Try This to Fix Your Problem!
Did your Xbox Live down? Some folks got this problem! A few days ago, Microsoft released a new Xbox dashboard update which introduces new features such as Cloud storage, Beacons, and Kinect functionality to many of the system's basic functions.

5 Tips When Xbox Live Down
- Go to http://xbox.com and sign in and accept the new Terms of Service.
- Turn on Cloud storage. On your Xbox follow this directory: (Settings > System > Storage > Cloud saved games > Enable Cloud Saved Games)
- Just keep trying, carry on doing your Connection tests and maybe eventually you'll be able to get on.
- Try changing your DNS. On your Xbox go to (Settings > System > Network Settings > Configure Network. Change your DNS settings from automatic to manual and set your primary DNS server to 8.8.8.8 and secondary to 8.8.4.4 as backup.)
