Marine wool

Oh what a nice Saturday it was. Hanging out with other plant crazy people. I will post pics from the meeting later.
Autumn requires wool. No doubt.
I wasn't sure about this woolen jacket at first. But while I was trying it out (I didn't use the changing room), one lady was checking me out all the time. She said  later that  the jacket looks perfect, I should definitely take it.
The action took place in a second hand shop.
But have you ever experienced this kind of thing:
You find a piece of clothing in any kind of shop. You aren't sure whether to buy it or not. You hang it back. Suddenly another woman takes the same piece. (It looks more as if she snatches it right from under your nose). I am talking about situations, when there is only one item of that kind in the shop.
Anyway, from the moment the thing appears in another woman's hands, You  must have it . The thing you just have put back a moment ago. First you follow the woman  with your gaze only. But if she disappears from your sight, a chase starts.
I have a friend who told me she spent 1,5 hours in a tiny shop waiting for another lady to hang back a skirt! That shop is tiny, believe me!
I suspect they hire people to do just that. And if nobody has ever thought of it , I'd like to get all the credit for the idea!
