Human evolution

I assure You it was a coincident:
5 books, where the stories are centered around the human evolution.
"City" by Clifford D. Simak
"Brave New World"  by Aldous Huxley
"Galápagos" by Kurt Vonnegut
"2001: A Space Odyssey"  by Arthur C. Clarke (But the translation was so poor i couldn't continue. The film will do.)
And the nonfictional(though difficult to agree with this  ) - 
"The Naked Ape" by Desmond Morris.


I love those kind of stories. Especially, when the human race becomes less intelligent, more animal like, but in harmony with the surroundings ("Galápagos")or just a preprogrammed population, but again-in harmony, just like in an anthill ("Brave New World"). Or when all towns disappear and people just leave the planet. For a very unexpected reason ("City").
