Project: The ultimate leave-in for type 4 hair

The most commonly asked question via email is......'My hair is type 4, I really need a good leave in conditioner, what do you recommend?'



I try not to recommend any products therefore I am going to throw this question out to you. Please pretty please only state products that work, not stuff you are trying out!



The rules

1. The product must be used on type 4 hair and you must state your hair length.*

2. The hair must be natural and if colour treated (not henna) please mention this.

3. If you use a home concoction, please give measurements (if you wing it, then let us know)

4. If you use multiple products please mention them all (for example if you apply the leave in and then apply some oil).



*Different hair lengths sometimes demand different products. If your hair is not type 4, do feel free to contribute but do mention that it is not type 4.
